Meet Roscoe

Hi, my name is Roscoe and I am a male Chihuahua. I am 4 years old and weigh just 5 lbs. I was also surrendered by a breeder who did not need me in the program anymore which is a blessing as now I can find my first real home. My foster home says I am a tiny little guy who loves to play and I am just a happy-go-lucky bundle of joy! I love other dogs as that is the only life I have known and I try to make friends with all the dogs in my foster home. I am a tail-wagging, let's go exploring and hanging out with you kind of dog. Easy going. I will need a fully fenced yard and a human/s with chi experience would be best.
