Roland is a sweet, speckled 3 year old, 77 pound Pit Bull Terrier mix. This chunky boy is all about enjoying the moment. He loves hanging out with our volunteers! Roland is looking for a big dog-loving home that treats him like one of the family.
He was briefly adopted, and we found out he needs a home with NO CATS. And we also learned Roland is HOUSEBROKEN!
Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
The dog/cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter, MICROCHIP, age-appropriate shots and health check. Use pet's ID # when inquiring.
