Breed: Staffordshire Terrier x Blue Heeler
Age: 3yrs
Vaccinated & neutered
This handsome 50lb package came into care after an emergency surgery to remove 20+ kidney stones. He has been healing like a champ and won everyone’s hearts over at the vet with his sweet demeanour and wiggly bum!
Rocco loves any & all attention from his humans and is a complete snuggle bug. He grew up with dogs and loves to wrestle with his 100lb foster fur-brother. He is great left loose in the house when left alone as long as there is a cozy bed to lay on.
He will need to be on a prescription Urinary diet from the vet long term to prevent more kidney stones.
Rocco did not grow up with children but is good if they are respectful. Although he gets along with most dogs, he does get a bit jealous if other dogs get attention over him so can push his way through. We would like someone who would work on this with him and teach him boundaries. He has the most pathetic puppy eyes that suck you right in.
