As she has become more comfortable in our household, we've learned more about Ricotta and she has slowly become more confident. Overall she is an independent, generally low-key dog
She has excellent house manners, going potty in the yard and enjoying lots of playtime and sunny spot naps.
She enjoys the company of our small dogs and is very sweet with them.
She is doing really well on walks, she doesn't pull and often looks up for check ins with her people
While typically calm, Ricotta lets her enthusiasm loose at mealtimes and shows genuine silly joy in the anticipation of a bowl of food.

We think Ricotta would thrive in a home with a playful dog, regular routine, ample exercise, and a family who will respect her shy self and help her continue to build confidence in new situations. She will reward her new family with love and affection in return!
