Meet Rex!
Rex is an adorable 6-month-old pup who was rescued from a busy road, where he was abandoned and left starving. He is now gaining and currently weighing in at a healthy 25 pounds & expected to grow to a cuddly 35-40 pounds. Rex is a super mutt! Possibly a mix of Pit and possibly Doberman or Shepherd. Whatever his mix, he is an absolute sweetheart! He's a playful buddy with other dogs, and with people, he's a lovebug—affectionate, cuddly, and an eager listener. Making great strides in learning to do his business outside via a doggy door, Rex, with his medium energy, is a perfect fit for any home, be it a bustling family or a single person. After a rough start, Rex is ready for a lifetime of love and happiness.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
