REMI Shih Tzu & Brussels Griffon Mix Santa Monica, CA

MEET REMI…a petite, sweet, Liver colored, 4-5 yr old, 8.5 lb adorable baby…but we’re not quite sure what breed she is because of the haircut she got! We thought she was a Shih Tzu, but now leaning towards Brussels Griffon. Personallly, I think she is a shihtzu/maltese! No matter what she is, it’s pretty damn cute! Pic #4 is what she looked like in the shelter.

Remi came to us from the Moreno Valley Shelter a matted mess, with foxtails wedged into her paws. The shelter groomed her and helped taking out the foxtails. Once she was shaved, you could see that this little imp had been bred and bred and bred! That being said, even though her teets are a little saggy…we don’t think she misses being a mom! She is really active, playful and a little flirt — in fact, we almost named her Flirty! She is a kissy monster, she has found her voice and does not like being left behind and will let you know (but she does settle down), she is great on a walk (may do circles around you so be careful, don’t trip!) and will do her business outside or on a pp pad (we never guarantee at your house) and is a lover.

This little Miss deserves all that life can offer her. Remi is very people oriented and loves to be cuddled and pet…she is also a little tomboy and wants to explore every inch of her surroundings. She is also very portable to go to take the kids to school, watch a sports event, or cuddle on the couch and binge watch TV. The ideal home for her would be one where she gets a lot of attention but she definitely isn’t a couch potato. She needs training to settle down! She is VERY smart and listens….and then goes back to being a hyper girl! Kids over 8 yrs old welcomed, another small dog welcomed, love mandatory!
