Meet Rasta!
This happy-go-lucky pup was surrendered to us in January 2024 after her owner was no longer able to care for her. Rasta is looking for an active home that will give her all the love she can get!
Rasta is all energy, energy, energy! This goofy girl is all about her playing and running around and would love a home where she either has a yard to run around or will get to go on plenty of adventures to get all that energy out!
Upon initially meeting strangers, Rasta can be a little standoffish and does need time to warm up to new people. Once she is comfortable with you, Rasta is the sweetest girl around! She loves butt scratches and belly rubs and will be your best friend as long as you have a treat to offer. Rasta is still a lot of puppy and would benefit from a patient home who will be willing to work on Rasta's training and leash manners. She currently knows 'sit' and is extremely food motivated and excited to learn more!
Rasta previously lived with another dog but we have not seen how she does while in our care. We would be more than happy to have a meet-and-greet with any potential doggy pals. Rasta may do best in a home with older children or with dog savvy children who are use to hyper, bouncy dogs.
