Meet Rascal

Rascal showed up at a neighbors house as a stray. He came into the rescue with a hurt foot, so he was kind of gimpy. Rascal is healing well and is loving being able to play with all the different types of dogs at the rescue. Rascal spent his early days in someone's lap. Going and doing with that someone 24/7. Rascal also spent his early days eating people food. Rascal would much rather prefer a one on one human/dog relationship as he enjoys the attention.
