Meet Ranger, a black and white Pit Bull who is two years old and weighs just over 64 lbs. He is a handsome, well-mannered, affectionate young man looking for a human of his very own. Ranger has spent his time at the shelter working on self-improvement to be his best possible self when potential adopters meet him. And his hard work has paid off: Ranger is house-trained, walks well on leash, takes treats from his handler gently, doesn't jump on people, and knows basic commands like sit and come. He is a medium-energy guy who likes to run and chase tennis balls. Ranger also plays well with other dogs of similar size and energy, and he has a few doggie play pals at the shelter.
