Meet Ralphie
This adorable guy is Ralphie!
Ralphie is an approximately 9-month old Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix and currently weighs around 18 lbs. He will probably weigh 20-22 lbs. as an adult (best guess). He was rescued from a local shelter.
Ralphie is shy on first introduction, but has improved with more socialization. Until he is comfortable with the situation, he will sometimes bark at new people or dogs.
Once he is comfortable with you, his cute personality comes out! He is playful little guy, and likes to wrestle and play with other dogs. His ideal home would have another dog around his size to play with. Ralphie can also entertain himself with destroying toys and playing with his ball.
He has not been around children, so we cannot say how he would be with them. He knows the command "sit" and is working on "stay". He is a smart little man!
Ralphie is crate-trained and is making progress with his house and leash training, but will need further assistance with those skills and his socialization.
He is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $225.00.
