Meet Queen

Queen, the queen of snuggling!
This big girl came to us because her previous owner abandoned her in an apartment for several days locked in a kennel. Could you imagine? Even with her past, she is as sweet as can be! She loves people and curious to meet everyone she comes across. She's well behaved and enjoys hanging out. She is good with other dogs + we will require that she go to a home with another dog as she relies heavy on a companion. We don't know about cats - she did sniff one at our office and had no reaction. She's just ready to relax and enjoy her remaining years with a family who truly cares for her! She deserves it!

Queen received training from Prodigy Pup Dog Training to correct her dog reactivity on leash. She will be adopted with her new walking collar and a free training lesson with her new family.

As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test, a microchip, and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation. Once you submit your application, our adoption manager will be in touch, so please check your spam folder if you do not see something from us within 7-10 days. Thank you again for your interest in a Grey Face senior. We appreciate your support!
