DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Storm! Storm arrived to us from a high kill shelter in Georgia. She is now on the hunt for her forever home. Could that be with you? Storm is a very friendly and playful puppy. She is always up for a game of chase or romp with one of her doggie friends. She would do well with an active family where she can get lots of exercise, play, and guidance on how to play nicely. Like many puppies, she sometimes gets so excited she forgets! At her young age, Storm is in her prime for training and socialization. With the right intro to other pups and corrections when she gets too mouthy, she will make a wonderful companion for years to come. Please remember that young puppies require a lot of time, love, and patience to become the best doggie citizens they can be. Submit an application today and change this beautiful girl's life forever!

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
