Praline Chihuahua Mix Seattle, WA

Animal Profile: Praline is an adorable chihuahua mix that wound up at risk in a Bakersfield shelter. She is social and very friendly with people and other dogs. We can't wait to get to know her better in foster care.

Foster Update: Meet Praline! While this sweet pup weighs in at just 5 lbs, she has a bigger-than-life-personality! Don't let that grey muzzle fool you - Praline is energetic, spunky, and incredibly loving. She greets you with a wagging tail and is quick to offer a few licks on your chin. Her foster family describes her as, "a total gem, super friendly & smart!". Praline is quickly adjusting to her new lifestyle and does great on walks, in her crate, and with her potty habits. We could see her fun-loving personality adapting well in various households. Praline is excited to find a loving forever home where she can be an active member in the household. She would love to join in on daily adventures and continue to explore the world around her.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, andhealth certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.

Animal History: This dog was rescued from euthanasia at Bakersfield in California, she arrived in March to a partner rescue in Edmonds, Wa and was transferred to our care. This dog will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
