Meet Poppy ASAP!

POPPY has been at the Delano Shelter for 2 months now. She came in at 5 mo. and is now 7 mo. The shelter is no place for a little one to grow up! We'd love to find a foster home for her so we could bring her into rescue. Contact us ASAP if you would be interested in adopting for fostering this sweet girl. She was younger when these pictures were taken. I will try to add a video of her that is more recent. Here's her shelter bio:

POPPY is a 20lbs., Female, 7-Month-Old Shepherd mix. This baby girl was found as a stray by Delano Animal Control on November 9, 2023. Poppy was tested with multiple dogs and tested very well in a group setting. Poppy showed zero signs of aggression and enjoyed playing with her new buddies in our doggy play yard. Poppy is Spayed, has received her Rabies Vaccine, Microchip and DAPP Vaccine. Poppy is ready for Adoption or Rescue.
