Popeyes is a dog that definitely needs some extra love and patience to train and prove to him that he is worth it. If you have that extra time and love to give we ask you please consider Popeye. He is ready for his forever family and will make you so proud. Popeyes loves to interact and make friends with smaller dogs but is not a big fan of dogs larger than him, so a meet and greet is necessary.. especially if you have another big dog!
