Pixie is looking for her perfect forever home, could it be you? This girl absolutely loves her people. She will go on any adventure you want whether it is a hike on a trail or just a trip to the kitchen. She is excitable and loves to play with toys, but is also a great cuddler on a lazier day. Pixie is fiercely loyal to her person, but it can take a little bit for her to warm up. She has been passed around from home to home her whole life, she just wants to make sure you won't break her heart before she trusts you. She will be your shadow and an amazing companion if you give her a chance! She is a short itty bitty pitty girl and is very healthy with her lean, muscular figure. We love Pixie so much and hope she can find a family that will give her all the love she so deserves!

Pixie is kennel trained, potty trained, and sits on command. Pixie is very food motivated! She is eager to please. She has historically done well with puppies, but struggled to get along with adult dogs. She is now living at a boarding facility where she does not directly interact with other dogs and she is doing well with that! She loves soaking up all the cuddles and love from humans. She can be nervous around children and does not do well with cats so a home without these would be ideal! She is a 2 year old, 50lb Bully breed mix.

Pixie is located in Fort Worth, TX. We do transport dogs to Colorado straight to your home once you are approved to adopt. We understand the importance of matching the right dog up with the right family, so our process includes phone calls, picture and video exchanges, as well as FaceTime meetings so you can meet the dog virtually in many ways and discuss your preferences with us to determine if the dog is a good fit. We do charge a $250 transport fee on top of the dog's adoption fee.
