Meet Pinky
To say Pinky is a delight would be a major understatement – those who have met her never forget her. Pinky greets every day with unbridled enthusiasm and is always looking forward to life's next adventure, eager to greet old friends and make new ones. She's so vivacious and lively that it’s easy to forget she's a senior. If you're looking for a gal that will always make you smile, then Pinky's the one for you.
Pinky was surrendered to the shelter in poor condition – she had ulcerating masses on her back and shoulder, mammary masses and hernias. Pinky has had blood work, x-rays, fecal test, UA, and all of Pinky's masses were removed and hernias repaired. We also did a dental and spay.
Biopsies showed that all the masses were benign, except for under her shoulder which was squamous cell carcinoma, and which was all removed. Pinky later had an episode of vestibular disease (which is like a very bad case of vertigo), from which she has fully recovered except for a slight head tilt.
Pinky is always happy and always ready to bring the fun. Her resilience is remarkable and to see how much joy she brings to every day is so heartwarming. She loves people and loves to follow you around and be your best little buddy. She also gets along great with dogs of all sizes; even dogs that don't like other dogs love Pinky. She is completely house-trained; however, she does not like to share her food.
Pinky is spayed, up to date on shots, had dental, fecal tested, and is microchipped.
Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.
Los Angeles and surrounding area adoptions only. To meet Pinky, please go to our website (homeforeverylivingpet.com) or petstablished.com and fill out an application.
