Pilot Golden Retriever Waterville, OH

Meet Pilot! He arrived November 20th from Cairo Egypt, saved from the streets by Stray Dog Rescue, Inc., who put a lot of money of their own into saving Pilot. He was dumped by his family and was left to fend for himself. He was rescued after either being beat or hit by a car. We'll never know. We know Asim, who came to America with Pilot and who went to another rescue was terribly beaten and had multiple surgeries as well.

Pilot's bone was protruding from his leg and he had multiple surgeries, resulting in his leg being amputated. He gets along fine being a little sweet tripod pup without his leg.

Pilot arrived in his foster home late at night of November 20th. He is super sweet, mellow and will make someone looking for a smaller easy to handle dog a great companion. We'll have more information on Pilot soon after he settles into his foster home. Pilot is good with other dogs. We ask to have no children under 10 years old with his adoption as we do not know his background.
