Meet Phoenix

Phoenix, we just love her! If an award was offered for best ears she’d take 1st place! Phoenix did not have a great start in life. At one years old she found herself emaciated, homeless and a mom of 9 puppies. 9 puppies she kept alive despite the fact she was starving herself. She is energetic so needs long walks or a fenced yard to keep her happy. She is also a fan of cuddling with her person. She gets along well with other dogs or in a group of dogs. She does not get along well with cats if they run she chases. Older children as she is jumpy and would knock little ones over. This girl is a young dog and so deserves to live her best life as a loved companion. Phoenix does have a heart murmur we took her to a cardiologist and had a echocardiogram done. The vet said she should live a long normal life and was okay for surgery (her spay). Other than that she is a young healthy pup.
