Phoebe is bonded with her sister, Katie. They are border collie X, and around years old. They both are very sweet girls and get along with other dogs. Phoebe's owner passed away and now she and her sister, Katie are looking for a home together. Could you be that person that offers these ladies a wonderful life together? Their world was turned upside down and they would love a safe landing to live out their lives together. Phoebe is housetrained and will follow you around the house. She loves belly rubs and likes to be close by her person. Katie is a tad shy when she first meets you but warms up with a little patience and TLC.
