Phantom is adorable, observant, quirky, and enjoys playing with other dogs and toys. He came to the rescue with several siblings and does best with another companion in the house. Phantom is not a lap dog but loves to be in the vicinity of everyone, mostly within an arm's reach. He loves scratches, supervising yard work, destroying squeaky toys, and chasing a tennis ball or frisbee (he's not great at retrieving or bringing these back...yet...but baby steps). Phantom is good with common commands such as "Come on", "Let's go outside", and he has a favorite blanket that he loves to sleep with. Patience will be required while he adjusts to his surroundings. Phantom is consistently making progress and given a chance, will be able to live his best dog life.
