Meet Perfect Penne

Hot, sexy red-head seeks long-term relationship with male and/or female companion(s). Can supervise herself in the house alone during the day, but will be waiting by the door each night for your return to spend the evening watching movies or re-runs (no preference so whatever YOU want) and snuggling on the couch until bedtime when she hopes you have a large bed to share with her. On weekends she would love to spend time outside with you in the yard helping with the yard work (ok, maybe just laying around the yard while you do yardwork). If a night of snuggling, snacking and watching TV is your thing, Penne is your girl to do life with. She will definitely win you over with her happy face and wiggly butt. Come meet your new roommate, Penne, she's waiting for you!

The adoption fee of $100 includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, distemper/parvo combination vaccine, bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning if necessary, and a microchip.

To inquire about this dog, please email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com with some information about your family, pets, and what you are looking for in a canine companion. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. Please do NOT call our center. We usually respond via email within 24-48 hours; please check your spam folder if you don't hear from us.

Often there is very little known about our dogs' and puppies' history or even current habits. We are best guessing on breed blends. We can't guarantee there is or isn't a specific breed in their breed blend.

You can always expect to do training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. Expect a 10+ year financial, physical, and emotional commitment to this canine. We provide a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this. All dogs and especially puppies are a lot of work and a long financial commitment. Please research what it means to have a dog and make sure a dog is still going to be an important part of your life in 10-15 years. All dogs and puppies need a lot of patience and guidance.

Most dogs who are in shelters will need an adjustment period after adoption. No matter how nice our shelter is and how much attention they get from our volunteers, it is not a home and they will need time to acclimate and get rid of some nervous energy.
