Meet Penguin Jeb
Penguin arrived from a shelter, terrified of human contact. He has come such a long way! He is still timid, but he will seek out pets and affection now. He LOVES being with female dogs his size or bigger, and he will be much more comfortable in a home with a canine sister. He's a funny looking guy, with shepherd colored fur and itty bitty little legs. Penguin's favorite hobby is eating the hose water in the summer!
