Peewee Mixed Breed Hawkestone, ON

Peewee is a 1-year-old mixed breed dog with a heart as big as her unique markings. This adorable 35-pound pup came to us as a stray from a northern Ontario community. When she arrived she required surgery on her hip due to a previous injury. Peewee has fully healed and is now ready for a loving home of her own.

Peewee is housetrained, crate trained, and doing well on leash too. She is a quick learner and loves to learn new things. She's already learned sit, lie down, shake paw and wait, and she's only been in foster with Precious Paws for a short time! Peewee would love to find an active family that's ready to continue her training.

Peewee gets along great with other dogs with proper introductions. She has not been tested with cats so we don't know how she would do in a home with them. Peewee has spent some time with young kids while in foster and she's been friendly with everyone she meets. She's even happy to be handled at the vet!

Her adoption fee is $800, inclusive of up-to-date vaccines, wellness checks, wellness bloodwork, fecal test and parasite prevention, spay and microchip. Local adopters will receive a generous 50% discount on a 6-week obedience course courtesy of Ruff Haus (www.ruffhaus.ca), while all adopters will receive 6 weeks of complimentary pet insurance.
