Meet Pearl
If you love lab mixes... and a good rhyme every once in a while... Maybe Pearl is your girl! In all seriousness, how cute is she?! She's a baby still... we think about 4ish months old or so. She was rescued from down south by a good samaritan while they were traveling. That person brought her home with him (here to NJ) but can't keep her forever, so they contacted us to step in and help find her a home!
Pearl is pretty petite and we think she may be around 40/45lbs when full grown. We aren't 100% sure of her breed makeup but assume she is a yellow lab mix. It is very possible she has some shepherd or terrier mixed in! If you adopt her, you can always do a DNA test through embark or Wisdom Panel to learn more about her breed makeup. :) As of now, Pearl has no obvious health concerns. She is still a puppy and is in the process of being brought up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations. Overall, Pearl is a sweet little pup who is excited to grow up, learn a lot and be loved forever by her new family!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications!
2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.
3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first. )
4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process. As a reminder, our organization is a nonprofit. We receive no money from the state. We have no paid employees! This is a polite reminder that we are doing our best to make the right decisions for the animals in our care. Thank you.
