Meet Peanut Butter! Don't let his serious face fool you; this dude is fun-loving and very affectionate. This hunky boy is the full package. He is an energetic busy-bee but can also enjoy a chill evening on the couch. While he wants to be everyone’s best friend, he initially is worried about new people. We can’t blame him after being bounced around a bit. Peanut Butter has never shown us any reason for concern, but we always advocate gradual introductions with yummy treats to make friends. Once you’re in with Peanut Butter, he will profess his undying love to you, often in an over-exuberant manner. So this fellow needs a patient, dedicated family to help him learn how to be the best boy – in a humane, force-free manner, of course. We are recommending a home with no small children, due to his roughhouse style.

Peanut Butter has shown great promise with the dogs we have at the shelter. He loves playing with Moon the female Cane Corso. We are hopeful that he can share a home with a well-matched dog buddy. Reportedly, he has been around cats without issue, but unfortunately, this isn’t something we can test ourselves at the shelter.

Peanut Butter is approximately 9-10 months old, he is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has received parasite prevention treatment. His adoption fee is $400 + tax.
