Peaches is just the sweetest dog and she LOVES to give hugs! She wants to be near her human and get lots of snuggles. She has the most gorgeous big brown eyes and they will melt your heart. She understands basic commands, is already potty trained, and good with other dogs. She is good with children but gets super excited. She is learning not to jump up for the hugs she so desperately wants to share. Peaches was rescued after giving birth to 7 puppies in a hole she dug under a shed at a school. She often visited the classrooms where the students would give her snacks & pet her, so she just adores kids!

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.

Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!

**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
