Patches is a 55 lb LOVE who is just under a year old. She came into rescue with her siblings Duckie and Mallie (already adopted from FHR). The trio came into southern rescue together after being pulled from a shelter in West TN. Patches is a super sweet, playful and loving pup with medium puppy energy. She loves to run and play, but also enjoys being petted, lounging around and snuggling up close with her human. She would be a perfect companion for another playful dog and/or a family, but also fine with an active couple or single person. She walks perfectly on leash with an easy walk harness. Patches loves other dogs, but has not been cat tested. She does like to chase squirrels, so cats may not be the best match! Patches is house trained, but still needs to be crated when left alone. She prefers to sleep in a dog bed or with her people rather than the crate. Like most of our pups, Patches will benefit from normal training lessons as she is still young and sometimes has puppy behaviors like jumping when excited. This is a GREAT dog looking for her loving forever home!

All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.
Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.
Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.

Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.
Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.
