Panda ($35.00 fee) Pit Bull Terrier Mix Lexington, VA

Panda" is an owner surrender. Hecame in with HORRIBLE skin, and is now doing much better on a better quality food and a little flea medicine. He is very sweet, and friendly and adores people. He is 4-5 yrs. old and already neutered, a little on the chunky side. He is vaccinated, dewormed and heartworm negative. Panda is available for adoption to a family, person or couple who will attend to his needs and take him to the veterinarian. Our shelter raised money to have Panda allergy tested which resulted in good news. He main allergan is storage mites, this means we keep his food once opened in a sealed plastic bin when is actually a good idea for all dog food. He will be on the mend in no time. NOTE: all animals adopted are taken straight to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter.
