Meet Otis
Otis arrived on 11/30/23 as a stray. He was extremely emaciated with scratches and old bite wounds on his face. It was touch and go for a while there with Otis but because of our amazing staff and volunteers Otis has made an amazing recovering and has managed to put on 10 pounds. He has also blossomed into quite the little lovebug. Prior to adoption Otis will be neutered, vaccinated, tested for heartworm and microchipped.
