Orange you glad to see this face? This sweet Jindo/Jack Russell Terrier mix is 1 year old, weighs 14 pounds, and was rescued from the Aerinwon shelter with her sister Mango (who was adopted last month!). Orange loves going for long walks, chewing on bully sticks, and following her foster siblings around the apartment. This curious girl loves to play, and is a big fan of tennis balls and squeaky toys-- so much so that she’ll even play with them on her own! And while we’re 110% sure she’s a dog, she’s definitely got some cat-like qualities… like wiping her face clean with her paws and using them a lot when playing (and when she wants attention!). Orange is doing well with crate and house training, and will need an adopter who will continue helping her gain confidence outside and getting comfortable on a leash. Is Orange the one for you? Our adoption radius is now within 30 miles of the following locations: NYC, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Western & Eastern CT. You must be able to pick up the dog at our office in Astoria, Queens (no exceptions). You must wear a mask and practice safe social distancing when traveling and picking up the dog.
