Meet Olivia
Meet Olivia!
45 lbs
7 months
Olivia loves to run around in her foster family’s fenced in yard! She loves to chase the birds, squirrels and other yard animals. She is an extremely fast runner and loves to be outside. Sometimes you have to bribe her to come back inside! When she does come in she will sit nicely and let you clean up her paws.
Olivia is pretty much potty trained. She knows to go by the door if she wants to go out. When she wants to play she gets excited! She will lick your face a lot. She knows how to lay down and can stay for almost a full minute now! Olivia is crate trained and will go in if you tell her to. She will sleep in her crate all night with no crying at all. She also goes in her crate when someone is home so she won’t get into anything she shouldn’t!
She loves to play with other dogs!! A larger dog would probably be better suited for her because when she wants to play she will pounce on the other dog to get their attention.
Olivia also loves children! She has been exposed to 3-10 year olds, but she will knock down the toddlers as she gets so excited to see them. She is working on laying down when somebody comes into her foster home as she likes to greet guests by jumping up. She is getting better at that! Olivia will walk on a leash but still pulls some, but she is a puppy so is still learning!
Once she’s had enough exercise she thinks she is a lap dog. She will lay across your legs and sleep for hours.
Some other fun facts about Olivia are that she does love chew toys! She loves to have her ears petted it seems to calm her down. She still is afraid of baths.
