Oliver to Poodle Richmond, VA

My name is Oliver-poo and I am a male toy poodle around 1 years old and I weigh 7 lbs so I am a little guy. I was an unclaimed stray that was supposedly thrown out of a moving car's window and brought to the shelter. I am a scared and nervous little guy. I am timid around new people but with love and patience and a gentle hand I am slowly coming around. I am good with other dogs but can get overwhelmed easily so a nice quiet home would be best for me. I am also going to need a laid back sweet dog in my new home to help me gain my trust in humans and to keep me company. I am working on house manners but it seems that I have spent most of my young life living in a crate as when I arrived I was soaked with my own urine and my fur was stained. No wonder I am timid around humans! I do want love and hope a patient and loving home with another dog is out there for me!
