Meet OLIVER
Former foster's Notes: Oliver is a big love bug who would love nothing more than an adoring family willing to work on ironing out his little quirks. A big grassy yard where he could roam and play would also be a huge plus! Smart, sweet and super cuddly, Oliver still has a ton of playful puppy energy and a game and adventurous attitude that would make a welcome addition to an active family of all ages. He will happily play bow for a nice round stuffy or an edible chew.
But, do your due diligence, Great Pyrs are a commitment and come with genetic traits that need to be considered! Sometimes stubborn, protective, have big barks, nocturnal tendencies... but also wonderful with children and other animals as long as they are part of their lives and not intruders our a threat....
Oliver knows how to use a dog door and is very good walking on leash. Like many dogs from the Central Valley, he needs to get used to using stairs and really likes lights to be left on at night. Oliver is still young and very trainable. He is a social, happy, charismatic fellow for sure!
