Olive Mixed Breed Victoria, BC

A small puppy wandering around the neighbourhood looking for water or food in the trash does not face a bright future and that is how this lovely puppy was seen by neighbour's. They were concerned she would be run over by a car or end up in the wrong hands so they called Claudia, and she could not refuse to take her. Once she was safe in Claudia’s hands, she tried finding her owners but was unable to locate anyone, so she took the puppy to the vet to get tests done which amazingly all came back great so her health protocol started in hopes for a brilliant future.

Olive is a female terrier mix; she is about 9 months old and weighs approximately 15.200 kilos. Olive LOVES all people, adult males, and females as well as children. She does well on a leash and loves going out on walks. Olive is kennel trained which is where she sleeps all night, and she is doing well with potty training but can have accidents. She is still in the puppy stage where she likes to chew toys and whatever she finds attractive, but she does listen to corrections. Olive will benefit from a home environment where she gets the time and attention needed to help her grow into the great dog she is. She has done well with cats so a dog savvy cat could be a fit. This happy, high-energy puppy would do well with an active family, she can get a bit clumsy when playing which is something to keep in mind for young kids. She loves playing tug-a-war, ball, squishes and fetches as well. Olive has SO much love that she is ready to give to her forever people and whoever welcomes her to their home will be so lucky

The adoption fee for Olive is $550 and includes flight, spay, vaccines, and full vetting. She can be on a flight if a foster or adoptive home is found.
