Meet Neka
Neka is a great Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix who is in need of being rehomed as his current person can no longer care for him due to medical problems. Neka has been living in an apartment and would do much better in a home with a fenced yard, and with other pets and preferably children to play with. Neka loves everyone. He is very intelligent, loving, and playful. Because he has been spending more time than not in an apartment, Neka uses potty pads when his person cannot take him out. The only other issue that will be easily dealt with in a home where Neka gets the attention he needs is that he currently barks more than he should.
