Meet Muttley

Muttley was surrendered to the SPCA of East Texas after his owner unexpectedly passed away. He is a 3 year old Shepherd Mix and weighs about 40 lbs. Muttley has a very unique look that makes everyone just love him! He has taken his owners death pretty hard and we are slowly getting him to open up. Muttley will need a patient and loving home to adjust to all these changes.
