Cruz is a 3 year old, about 60 pound Akita and Chow mix. He is gorgeous! And very friendly too. Akitas are active and independent dogs. Cruz has the distinct curled tail, erect ears, and strong, broad muzzle that are highlights of that breed. He has a roommate here at the shelter. He's looking for a loving home with NO CATS. Cruz is good with other dogs.
Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60.
