This petite pittie is ready for adoption!

This handsome boy had a rough start after being abandoned in a crate on Christmas Day in the cold. But he has bounced back and is ready for a family of his own to love. Moses is still a young dog with a lot of puppy energy and would do best in a home as an only dog or with a young dog that can handle a lot of rough play time. He loves other dogs but has a lot of energy that could be overwhelming for an older dog. He is learning his manners and now can sit with voice and hand commands after only a few mins of training (and a few good treats). He has been exposed to cats and shown interest but no aggression. He would be best with a family that can give him some good exercises daily and continue his training. He loves toys and playing fetch. He also loves a good snuggle on the couch with his favorite person. He prefers to use the bathroom outside but needs regular walks/trips to the yard until he has a routine. He is crate trained. He walks really well on a leash, but does want to visit with people and pets walking by so this will need continued work. He has so much potential and is the perfect size at only 35lbs. He may get up around 45lb once he fills out, as he is still young. Moses is neutered, up to date on all shots and ready to go. He just needs to find his perfect person/family.

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.

The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.

We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
