7 year old male black Labrador Retriever mix
Hey there everyone!
I'm Moose! I am a big and sweet loving dog in his prime and man do I love my people! I am looking for a leader in my life to show me the way, to keep me safe from harm and to love me. What I really need is a JOB! I love to search for hot dogs, or have you work with me on my obedience training. The more you can challenge me, the better! I'm up for it!
My trainer said I'm one of the smartest dogs that he's ever met and if he didn't have as many dogs as he does, I'd be staying with him. As long as you work with me and exercise me a couple of times a day, everyday, I am really a good boy. It's when I'm not challenged that I decide that I will try to challenge myself--and that's not always a good thing. And guess what? I LOVE kids of all ages.
I am in school right now but graduate real soon. I will LISTEN to you if you are a leader and if you stay "one step ahead of me" and challenge me.
I do need to be the only animal in the house--but that's ok. I am soooo much fun for the right experienced owner.
I like my man cave and adore treats. My favorite thing? Being the center of YOUR attention! I love car rides, you can take me lots of places! And I LOVE kids. But don't be fooled,
I am such a great dog that LELRR is willing to make an exception on their adoption radius to find me just the right home. I come with 6 lessons from my trainer, and while the first one should be in person, we could do virtual training in my new home if my family is a good fit for me.
