In Honor of President's Day, meet our President Litter! We do not often get small breed puppies around here or know the parents, but this litter of Chugs found themselves in need of help! Technically they are Chi-Chi-Chi-Pug mixes. They were an unwanted and unplanned litter that found themselves in need of safety at 5 weeks old. Mom is a Chug around 12lbs and Dad is a long haired chihuahua around 9lbs. They both remained with their owners. (We can not force people to give their dogs up, but, Mom has already been spayed and dad is next- that is always the deal when our network helps unwanted puppies.)
Monroe is the sweetest guy and only a little over 2lbs, its easy to shower him with love. He is in a foster home with two respestful kids and another small dog and he does awesome! Despite his small size he has the chihuahua confidence and the pug sweetest and a bit of a smushy snout! He is estimated to be under 10lbs when full grown. He is going to make someone looking for a small dog so incredibly happy!

All of our puppies are crate-trained and learning basic puppy manners!
When he is available, he will be 8 weeks old
*Up to date on vaccines
*Dewormed
*Flea Treated
*Examined by our Connecticut veterinarian after arrival to ensure his health
You will also receive his medical records, a copy of the adoption contract, and our emailed post-adoption packet, including training tips, nutrition information, socialization tips, pet insurance information, toys we recommend, etc.
We will have information on the food he has been eating. The supportive store where we hold our meetings carries the food, so you can purchase a bag if you wish!
The benefit of our organization is that you get to meet the puppy before you commit to adopting! We want perfect matches and happy families!
