Hi, I'm Molly! I'm a young 1 yr old Cairn Terrier weighing in at just 12 lbs! Somehow I ended up at a high kill shelter in rural Louisiana and I was really scared until I was rescued on the day I was scheduled to be euthanized. Lucky for me I was rescued and now am living with a nice family who will take care of me until I find a home of my own! Now every day is an adventure for me, filled with new toys to play with and new friends to meet. I'm gentle and friendly, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a playful bark. I love to cuddle, it's my favorite way to show my affection. I have a scruffy coat and the cutest little mohawk and 100% the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. I'm dog friendly too, so I'd love to have a furry sibling to play with. I'm looking for a forever home where I can share all my love and energy. Adopting me means endless cuddles, playful days, and a loyal friend for life. I’m up to date on my vaccinations, and scheduled to be spayed. Will you be my forever family?

This dog is a Benefactor Dog. His/her increased adoption fee will allow them to act as a benefactor to other dogs in our care that require special medical care and a better chance at adoption.

An inquiry, questions or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application. All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info would be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. Please see our website for more information.

Benefactor Puppies under 12 months - $550
Benefactor Dogs over 12 months - $450
