I'm not smiling, you're smiling! Because my future is so bright! My name is Mocha and I am grateful for a bright future, as my last 8 years haven't been so easy. When I was brought into the shelter I had a few minor medical issues and one pretty major one, a broken jaw. AARF raised the money needed to repair my jaw and I'm good as new!

I'm a cuddly boy who likes life on my own terms. I love to meet new doggie friends on my walks. When you come home, I'll wave "hi" with my right paw to greet you! I love to be with my people but I'm a flexible kinda guy and am OK being crated for sleeping or when you're not around. I REALLY love going on walks, and did I mention snuggling? I love my toys and, again, cuddling! I'll let you know when I'm ready to cuddle by sitting in front of you and staring into your eyes.

I like my foster home the way it is and would prefer a similar setting in my forever home, with no cats or young children. I'm learning to share my toys and realize that you're not trying to take them away but rather play with me. And I'm getting better. I'm also a bit hesitant about people petting my head and face. Maybe it's because my jaw was so painful for so long!? But that's OK, my antics and big heart will be more than enough to keep you entertained.
