Mister was rescued from being chained to a fence with no protection from the elements. His former owner was a homeless and addicted to drugs. A fellow rescuer purchased him to get him out of the situation.
He is good with other dogs. Loves his crate, toys, going for walks and going in the car. It takes him awhile to get settled into a home, so he needs a patient adopter.
