MISSEY Boxer Mix Cary, IL

Missey is a friendly pup who is a boxer mix. She's approximately 18 to 24 months. Missey was found covered in grease and oil at a truck stop in Iowa . After a good bath and some much-needed meals, she's turned into a beautiful and sweet pup.

In here foster home, Missey does have a playmate and seems to get along with other dogs quite well. She likes to play with toys and balls. She is potty trained. When she first came into her foster home, Missey had a couple little accidents in the house, but she had to get used to their home and schedule.

Not that we promote this behavior in the beginning, but in her foster home, she does sleep with a seven-year-old. Missey loves to cuddle with people. Missey knows how to sit and give paw and give puppy eyes. Missey is learning to take treats in a gentler fashion and would gain by having some additional obedience training.

Missey does not appear to be food aggressive as she and the resident dog will eat out of the same bowl. Missey also shares her toys with the resident dog.
