Minnie Chihuahua & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Baton Rouge, LA

Minnie was rescued from a shelter. Her owner passed away and no immediate family was able to care for her. She came in at a whopping 21 lb and extremely overweight. She is at a much healthier weight now at 14 lbs. Ideally she should be closer to 10 lbs. She is about 10 years old and heartworm negative. Don't let her age fool you! This girl is active, agile, and playful. She is super sweet and likes to follow her foster around the house. She makes eye contact and it's like she really understands what you're saying. As you can see, she found a bone outside and decided it was her bone from now on. She carried it around all day. She is sure to provide someone with great companionship and her funny personality will sure to put a smile on your face.
