Millie Border Collie Bullard, TX

Millie was a stray who showed up at my home after being spotted 8 miles away. I have tried to find her home, but have been unsuccessful.
She is spayed & heartworm negative. My vet gave her a rabies shot & microchipped her. I gave her a distemper/parvo shot.
I don't have good pics of her because she has so many miles on her & my back yard was just done, so it is all dirt right now & her white hair stays dirty. She will be groomed before going to a new home. I have been ill & am unable to keep her clean.
She can come into the house or go out freely. She doesn't bother anything, so I feel she is maybe at least 3 years old, maybe 4. I do believe she is purebred.
I must find a home because she tries to get my senior cats who are in a closed-in back porch. She lunges for them when I try to enter. She gets along fine with the dogs & is with a female dog, mainly. She just does not like cats.
Adoption fee is $100. I have an animal rescue, so adopter must be willing to sign a contract & answer questions. I also require a vet reference.
