*PLEASE NOTE: We do not adopt out on a first-come/first-serve basis. Applications are accepted for a puppy and then a home check is scheduled. If there are multiple applications for a puppy, after all home checks are done, then the puppy is adopted out to the home that is the best fit for that puppy.

HELLO! My name is Mia and my foster Mom says I’m full of sugar and spice and EVERYTHING nice! I’m your typical puppy who loves to play with all my toys and my foster furry sister. I love the tiny humans I live with but, being a young puppy, I would do better with children 12 and up. I am working very hard on getting the hang of potty and crate training. I will come when you call my name and know how to sit. And if a yummy treat is involved, I will do just about anything for one! You can find me either snuggled on the couch next to my favorite people or on a nice warm blanket in a pile of toys. I know with continued love and training I’ll be the best girl. If you would like to meet me, please fill out a preadoption application and a CDR volunteer will get back to you just as quick as they can!

**The ADOPTION FEE for this pet is $450 which includes getting the puppy/dog up to date on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, fecal test and deworming if necessary, heartworm test, spay or neuter (not including pre-surgical bloodwork) and a microchip. Free access to our weekly training classes is also included for the life of the dog, something no other rescue in the area offers.***
