Mercedes is a beauty with a sad story. She previously was kept outdoors, tied up, and her former owner even zip tied her mouth closed to stop her from barking. Thankfully her owner is being charged for these horrible acts, but now Mercedes is ready for her happy ending. She is ready to be a part of a family and not just an outdoor dog!
