Meet Meeko
Meeko came from a county shelter to our rescue in mid-February. He's a very sweet boy with the energy level of a young dog. He gets along very well with other dogs.
Meeko is a small 17 lb. boy, about 2 years old. When standing, he is about 12 inches tall. He's a little underweight so ideally should weigh closer to 20 lbs.
Meeko is a fun little dog with that prototypical charismatic beagle personality. He has a soft mouth for taking treats.
Meeko is great on a leash and loves his dog walks! He walks side-by-side with another dog (a black lab). Meeko lets his foster parent know when he needs to go outside by going to the back door.
Meeko has been out with his foster parent to social gatherings and he woos the crowd! He has such a friendly presence when he enters the room; everyone loves him.
Meeko is fully vetted & neutered, and his test results were negative for heartworm.
Meeko is fully ready for his forever home!
